Try Out Requirements

  1. IHSAA Physical done by your doctor. You cannot try-out with out this document filled out.

  2. You and your parents need to sign up for FinalForms. This Sign-Up video will help you upload your physical and complete all required paperwork to participate.

    Tryouts are Monday, 8/3, from 4:00-6:30pm and Tuesday, 8/4, from 6:00-8:00pm at WRE Soccer Complex
