Requirements

  • Physical Exam Requirement
    You must have a physical on file with the AD office BEFORE you train
    this summer. You can find the IHSAA physical form at https://www.ihsaa.org/Schools/Forms and click on “Physical Examination Form” - This physical must be completed AFTER April 1st to count for this school year.

  • Final Forms

    Make sure that ALL forms have been completed prior to August 5th and submitted to the FinalForms website. The FinalForms website (https://noblesville-in.finalforms.com/) will become active the middle of June. Your parents have to sign-up first, and then you will have to do the paperwork after that.

Wednesday, 8/6 @ NHS - Team Announcements - 4:00-5:30pm
