The Millers were over at Carmel today for a rivalry match.
The JV Black team dominated in the first half and had a ton of chances throughout. The breakthrough for the team came in the 24′ of the half with a goal from Carson Mertens who was beautifully assisted by Carson Mertens. The Millers then doubled their advantage with a goal from Vince Cash, assisted by Carson Mertens yet again.
It was a tale of two halves for the Millers. Although they still created many opportunities to finish the game, it wasn’t meant to be as Carmel scored in the 15th and 25th minutes of the second half.
The Millers get a chance to play again at Brebeuf on Saturday at 10am.
